By using SubTick ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SubTick helps you track and manage your subscriptions. Available as Android app and web app.
You provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16.
Free plan: up to 3 subscriptions. Premium plan: unlimited subscriptions, renewal reminders, additional features. Premium is billed monthly or yearly through one of:
For app-store subscriptions, the relevant store's terms also apply.
Pricing is shown in USD and may include local taxes. The applicable Merchant of Record handles billing and is responsible for invoicing and tax collection.
You own the data you put into SubTick. We do not access third-party services on your behalf — we only store the metadata you enter.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
You may delete your account anytime in Settings or by emailing support. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Google Play or Apple — you must cancel those in the respective store. Paddle subscriptions are cancelled by us as part of deletion (planned; until the feature ships, please cancel manually first).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
SubTick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
