Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime in Settings. After cancellation, Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate unused time within a period.

2. Refund eligibility (Paddle / web)

For first-time Premium subscriptions purchased via Paddle, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@subtick.net with your account email and reason. We process within 5 business days. Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record) issues the refund to the original payment method.

3. Refunds for Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play Billing are governed by Google's refund policy. Request a refund directly through Google: play.google.com refund. We are not the Merchant of Record for these purchases and cannot issue the refund ourselves.

4. Refunds for Apple App Store subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are governed by Apple's refund policy. Request a refund directly through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your next billing date is shown in Settings.
