Important: Deleting your SubTick account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed through your app store. Please cancel your subscription first, then request account deletion.
Cancel in the SubTick app: Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel. We are working on cancelling Paddle subscriptions automatically when you delete your account, but until that ships please cancel manually first.
How to request deletion
From the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
By email: send a message to support@subtick.net from the email address on your account. We process within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
Your account profile (name, email, password hash).
All subscriptions you have added.
Notification preferences and history.
Payment records held in our database (note: the payment provider — Paddle, Google, or Apple — keeps their own records on their side).
Push notification tokens.
Telegram chat link.
What is retained
Anonymized aggregate analytics (no personal identifiers).
Transaction records held by our payment providers (Paddle, Google, Apple) according to their own retention policies, typically 7 years for tax compliance. Contact them directly for their records.
Grace period
After you request deletion, your account is suspended for 7 days. Email us to cancel within that window and we will restore the account. After 7 days, deletion becomes permanent and irreversible.
