Delete Your Account

Important: Deleting your SubTick account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed through your app store. Please cancel your subscription first, then request account deletion.

If you are paying through Google Play

Cancel in the Play Store before requesting deletion: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Otherwise Google will keep charging you.

If you are paying through Apple App Store

Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Apple will keep charging until you cancel.

If you are paying through Paddle (web)

Cancel in the SubTick app: Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel. We are working on cancelling Paddle subscriptions automatically when you delete your account, but until that ships please cancel manually first.

How to request deletion

From the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

By email: send a message to support@subtick.net from the email address on your account. We process within 7 business days.

Grace period

After you request deletion, your account is suspended for 7 days. Email us to cancel within that window and we will restore the account. After 7 days, deletion becomes permanent and irreversible.
