By accessing or using SubTick ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SubTick is a subscription tracking application that helps users manage and monitor their recurring subscriptions. The Service is available as a web application.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
SubTick offers a free plan with limited features (up to 3 subscriptions) and a Premium plan with unlimited subscriptions and email renewal reminders. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Paddle.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to Paddle's terms. Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes (VAT).
You retain ownership of all data you enter into SubTick. We store subscription names, amounts, billing dates, and categories that you provide. We do not access or store your actual subscription credentials for third-party services.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
SubTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
