You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the Settings page. When you cancel, your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial Premium purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to be charged, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can see your next billing date in Settings.
